Established in 1992, Shannon O’Brien School of Dance has quickly become one of the most well respected schools in New England. SOSD dancers have received National and International recognition. SOSD alumni are enjoying full college scholarships and careers in dance education, as well as Performing on Stage and Screen.
Our promise is to provide all SOSD dancers with the highest level of instruction. Every dancer at SOSD is treated as an individual and encouraged to work to their fullest potential. Our trained, experienced staff of enthusiastic professionals provide age-appropriate curriculum in a positive, upbeat manner. Along with providing excellent dance training, our staff encourages good work ethic, responsibility, teamwork, self-confidence and self-discipline. Achievement is the direct result of hard work!
